When you join…
Your membership dollars can be used over the course of the calendar year to purchase 8 -16 oz vacuum sealed, blast-frozen seafood for local pickup or home delivery. We’ll occasionally offer fresh seafood as well, particularly during Maine’s inshore scallop season (December - March). Prices will vary depending on your location and whether we ship to you or you pick up at a community partner.
Getting your membership dollars up front allows us to purchase and freeze seafood at optimum times, which helps our producers while allowing us to offer ultra-premium seafood at affordable prices.
Your choice to purchase our delicious, convenient seafood is good for you, it’s good for Maine’s small boat fishermen and sea farmers and it’s good for us and our community partners. And oh yeah, it’s pretty darn good for the environment as well. When you join Dayboat Blue, you’re doing something great that’s also undeniably delicious.

Aggregating orders minimizes our already lower shipping costs: rather than shipping one order to your home via overnight air, we ship multiple orders to one location.
Offering frozen seafood allows customers to purchase more at one time, further lowering relative shipping costs while ensuring convenience: always have frozen seafood on hand!
Utilizing community partners provides wider (2-3day!) pick-up windows.

We’d love for you to sign up for up for a year's worth of seafood, but you can start with a membership as little as $100. Once you taste our amazing seafood you’ll want to buy more, but don’t worry: you can top up at any time.
Order Online
Order what you want, when you want. Chose from dayboat scallops, lobster meat, halibut, eel, unagi, haddock and more. Right now we’re offering local pickups in New York, Boston, the Hudson Valley, Maine, Connecticut and Massachusetts, but don’t worry: we’ll start nationwide shipping and pickups on 16th June 2025.
Collect your Catch
Visit one of our convenient pick-up locations (with more added all the time) to collect your order, or have us ship it directly to you. This initial year runs from January - December 2025, with 2026 memberships open in November. Nationwide shipping begins ion June 16th 2025.
